1 screw shaft stop

2 reducer bearing abnormal
After the drive, the reducer bearing abnormal heating up, accompanied by abnormal noise, and the motor and reducer are also abnormal vibration. May be the following reasons leading to the problems: (1) the input shaft of the speed reducer in normal position, but the position of the output shaft bearing temperature is too high, this is because the screw shaft center line may be right, or bearing reducer output shaft position was burned, possibly because both ends of the bearing seat is fixed is not solid, loose. (2) it is also possible to output the bearings with normal temperature, but the input shaft temperature increases, mainly because the motor fixed bolts appear loose, or the output bearings of the reducer are burned out. (3) the temperature of the output bearing and the input bearing of the reducer increase at the same time, mainly because the bearings on both ends of the reducer are damaged simultaneously, or the fixed bolts of the reducer are loosened.
二. Optimization of screw conveyor
1. to improve the connection strength of bolt
The main factors affecting the strength of bolt connection include the load distribution of the screw thread, the range of stress variation, the mechanical properties of the material, the degree of stress concentration and the additional stress. Through a lot of practice, theory can prove that the bolt connection under axial load, based on the minimum stress conditions, link reliability and stress amplitude are closely related, the stress amplitude is smaller, the possibility of bolt fatigue damage is smaller, so as to improve the link reliability. As the bolt is connected, the total tension is transmitted through the contact of the threaded tooth surface. Because of the rigidity of the bolt and nut, and the deformation property is different, the force on the ring thread tooth is also different. When the connection is subjected to load, the bolt will be stretched and the pitch of the external thread will be increased. The compression of the corresponding nut will reduce the pitch of the internal thread. Therefore, choose the proper number of turns of the nut.
2. The part quality improvement and strength
In the screw conveyor structure, there are strict requirements on the spacing and orientation of spiral blade angle, if the spacing between adjacent blades, orientation angle error equipment during operation will appear to increase swing amplitude and the amplitude of the vibration phenomenon, which affects the reliability and safety of the blade. In addition, the screw conveyor in the course of running usually more materials, longer running time, so the damage to the spiral blade is relatively large, resulting in distortions, deformation, wear and other issues.
