Cement spiral conveyors can be used in industries such as mixing plants, lime plants, cement plants, chemical plants, steel mills, etc. It is the most suitable equipment for conveying powdered materials, granular materials, and small blocks, such as cement, fly ash, fertilizers, mineral powder, sand, soda ash, ash, pulverized coal, etc.; cement screw conveyors are not suitable for conveying materials that are subject to deterioration, high viscosity, and easy to agglomerate.

1. Before installing the cement auger conveying machine, the basic part of the site should be poured at least 10 days in advance, with reliable support to ensure the stability of the foundation. Otherwise, the foundation will sink after a long time; the working efficiency will be affected when the U-shaped screw conveyor become deformed, it needs to ensure the stability of the screw conveyor during operation;
2. If the cement screw feeding equipment is hung under the dust collector, the dust outlet of the dust collector must be kept straight;
3. Before installation, the parts that have been dusted during transportation or unloading must be cleaned;
4. The flange surface of the adjacent casings should be flat and tightly connected; the misalignment deviation at the inner surface of the casing should not exceed 2mm;
5. Asbestos belt is allowed to be placed between the flanges of the casings and the accumulated error of the length between the casings and the screw body is adjusted;
6. The gap between the outer diameter of the cement screw conveyor and the casings shall comply with the provisions, and the minimum clearance shall not be less than 60% of the specified value. When a large clearance is required, the clearance shall be made according to the user's requirements;
7. Each intermediate hanging bearing of the cement screw feeder conveyor shall be reliably fixed on the lifting lug of the casing. After connecting with the adjacent spiral blades, the bearings shall be evenly rotated and must not be stuck. During installation, spacers may be adjusted between the hanging bearing base and the casing lug to ensure that the hanging bearings are coaxial. After installation, the concentricity of the axis of the spiral body shall comply with the regulations;
8. Each base of the cement auger transporting conveyor shall be seated and then screwed, after the casing is properly installed. All connecting screws should be tightened to a reliable degree;
9. When installing on the site, the flange supporting surface of the inlet and outlet of the cement screw conveyor shall be parallel to the axis of the conveyor body, and the flange connected to the screw conveyor shall be closely fitted with no gap;
10. After the cement screw conveyor is installed, it is necessary to check whether there is enough lubricating oil in each oil reserve. After more than 4 hours’ continuous running with no-load testing, the correctness of the assembly of the screw machine should be checked. If it is found that the following conditions are not met, it should be shut down immediately, corrected and then operated until it is in good operating condition;

(1) The operation of cement screw conveyor should be steady and reliable, and there should be no loosening of fasteners;
(2) After 2 hours’ running of the cement screw conveyor the bearing temperature rises no more than 30 degrees, and the lubrication seal should be good;
(3) The reducer of the screw conveyor has no oil leakage, no abnormal sound, circuit equipment and coupling are safe and reliable;
(4) The power of the cement screw conveyor during no-load operation shall not exceed 30% of the rated power;
(5) When the dust collector is operated under negative pressure, there is no obvious air leakage at the joints of the screw conveyor.
