PK Machinery dispatched its Sales Manager and Chief Belt Conveyor Engineer to Bangladesh from August 23 to 29 for on-site technical and commercial visits. The core purpose of this trip was to boost cooperation on a new conveyor project for a local sugar plant, a long-term partner that has maintained stable cooperation with PK Machinery since 2012.
At the sugar plant, PK Machinery team acquired in-depth understanding of the customer’s production workflow. Precise field measurements were performed to confirm equipment relative positions, ensuring seamless connection between the ship unloader,
belt conveyors and warehouse, in this way, any technical issues could be identified and resolved on-site effectively, and both sides finally reached a consistent consensus on the new project scheme.
During this visit, the team also completed two key inspection works on site. Firstly, they revisited the 2025 salt plant site to conduct field validation of the
anti-corrosion belt conveyors. The equipment with a handling capacity of 1,500 tons per hour is operating satisfactorily under local humid working conditions. Secondly, the team inspected the on site conditions for the upcoming September shipment, including
sidewall belt conveyors and
bucket elevators, laying a solid foundation for smooth equipment delivery and subsequent installation.
This field trip demonstrates PK Machinery’s full lifecycle service, building on the proven salt plant reference project and long-term partnership established since 2012, PK Machinery will keep delivering robust bulk material handling solutions for Bangladesh’s industrial processing sector.
