This Monday, PK Machinery has successfully fulfilled delivery of a
surface reclaim feeder and matching spare parts, and the full shipment has been received by the customer for a Mongolian mineral processing project.
The BL1000×11.374
reclaim feeder was purpose-built to handle gold silver ore at a throughput of 80 TPH. Operating speed was adjustable from 0.03 m/s to 0.15 m/s through variable frequency motor control. Wear resistant materials including 40Cr, 16Mn and NM400 were adopted for chains, scrapers and base plates to suit ore feed with particle size up to 10 mm and moisture below 10%.
In addition, in terms of maintenance spares, a full set of approximately 49 metre chains and around 45 scraper plates, were supplied alongside the main equipment.
Logistically, the
feeder conveyor travelled to Erenhot port for crossborder transshipment. Upon completion of portside handling, the equipment continued onward to the project site within Mongolia.
Upon arrival at site, PK Machinery will provide technical guidance in line with customer requirements to support installation and commissioning, ensuring smooth and reliable equipment operation.
