PK Machinery welcomed a long-term client from El Salvador for a productive site visit, reinforcing a strong cooperative relationship that has spanned more than ten years. Interestingly, although we've been partners for over ten years, it's taken this long for their first visit.
The visiting company is specializing in non-metallic mineral processing since 1978, it is a key player in supplying raw materials to various industries across Central America and globally. Equipped with dedicated machinery, they have consistently served a diverse international clientele.
During the meeting, the client spoke highly of PK Machinery’s
bucket elevators, praising the reliable quality and excellent on-site performance that ensures and even enhances their production output, that’s exactly why they have maintained such a long and trustworthy partnership with PK Machinery.
In the conference room, the client provided a detailed presentation on their new project, which involves the use of bucket elevators, screw conveyors, belt conveyors, rotary valves, and other equipment. In response, the PK Machinery team committed to preparing a comprehensive proposal and offer tailored to the project's requirements.
The visit also included a tour of PK Machinery's manufacturing workshop, where the client revisited the company’s main product lines. On the workshop floor, they inspected a batch of newly finished equipment—including bucket elevators, screw conveyors, corrugated sidewall belt conveyors, and tumblr screens which they had ordered earlier and is now ready for shipment.
This visit not only strengthened the mutual trust between the two companies but also laid a solid foundation for continued cooperation in future projects.
