Spiral conveyor auger construction material selection: when screw conveyor transport ambient material with corrosive features, we usually use carbon steel (Q235); when screw conveyor conveys high temperature (higher than 150 DEG C), we usually use manganese plate since manganese plate has the advantages of high temperature resistance and wear resistance; when the material is corrosive, stainless steel (SS304) is generally used because SS304 is corrosion resistant, in addition, after polishing, screw conveyor has a good appearance, which is commonly used in chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. If screw feeder conveyor is used to convey the food, food grade stainless steel (SS306L) will be used.
