Stainless steel shaftless screw conveyors used for sludge were dispatched to Saudi Arabia

Last Wednesday, four shaftless screw conveyors were loaded into container and dispatched to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from Qingdao port.
The screw feeder is applied in sludge processing with 5 ton capacity per hour, after learning about client’s requirement, PK Machinery engineer configured stainless steel screw conveyor designed without shaft with diameter 350mm to fit the system. In addition, the shaftless screw conveyor is inclined installation with 25 degrees angle.



Shaftless screw feeder is normally used to transport easily entangled substances, paste, viscous and adhesive substances, such as biochemical waste, pulp, malt, sludge, oil sludge, chemical raw materials, etc. So for this system, screw conveyor designed without shaft will be a optimum selection.
