square swing screen to Argentina. This piece of equipment is specially designed for a sand processing system in Argentina, and it will play a key role in the customer’s sand classification and screening production line after arrival.

The
tumbler screen, measures 2000mm in width and 3600mm in length. Featuring a closed design, it prevents dust leakage and reduces material loss, complying with environmental standards. Equipped with 4 layers of screens, 2 layers of blind plates, and 30-mesh and 70-mesh screen holes, it can classify sand with a processing capacity of 15t/h, matching the customer’s production demand.
Powered by a 7.5Kw motor, the equipment runs stably, what’s more, it is designed with a top cover, side and rear access doors for easy screen replacement and maintenance. The screen mesh is made of SS304 stainless steel, the main structure of carbon steel, and all bolts are galvanized for durability.
To facilitate quick commissioning, PK Machinery has prepared complete spare parts, including 2 pieces of 30-mesh and 70-mesh screens (ready for installatation and 2 layers of 40mm-diameter silicone bouncing balls.
